Position Summary:
As the Maintenance Technician Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate all aspects of the maintenance department. This includes scheduling preventative maintenance, troubleshooting critical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations efficient, safe, and on track.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support a team of maintenance technicians
• Coordinate daily maintenance tasks and prioritize repairs and service needs
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and systems to detect malfunctions
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure documentation is up to date
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with OSHA standards
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
• Order and manage parts inventory and maintenance tools

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance planning
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification
