My client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a brand new BTR development in London. This role is about far more than just repairs—it’s a chance to be part of a company that’s redefining the rental experience. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. You’ll take ownership of both reactive and scheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring that every corner of the building is operating smoothly.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily reactive and scheduled maintenance tasks across the development.
  • Resolve common issues efficiently, including plumbing, basic repairs, and electrical work.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort throughout apartments and communal areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections of plant rooms, communal spaces, and service points.
  • Coordinate with on-site contractors and ensure all work complies with health and safety protocols.



Your Requirements:


  • Experience in PBSA, BTR, co-living, or hospitality sectors.
  • Skilled in plumbing, carpentry, or other core maintenance disciplines.
  • Comfortable liaising with contractors and external service providers.
  • Strong customer service focus and commitment to delivering a positive experience.
  • Team-oriented with clear communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
