Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician 4 role in Burlington, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
· Diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures to minimize downtime and support continuous production.
· Install, align, and commission new machinery and equipment as needed.
· Conduct scheduled inspections and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
· Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment histories.
· Collaborate with production teams to address operational challenges and support safety and efficiency improvements.
· Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory standards.
· Mentor and provide guidance to junior maintenance technicians, sharing technical expertise and best practices.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field .
· Minimum of 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
· Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, motors, pumps, conveyors, and related manufacturing equipment.
· Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
· Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
