ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Provide assistance to facilities manager
• 
  Complete work orders in a timely manner
• 
  Some janitorial duties
• 
  Supplies management and stocking

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 
  Proven experience with basic maintenance procedures
• 
  If in recovery, one year of continuous sobriety prior to hire and active and continuing participation in a recovery support program, such as a 12-step program.
• 
  Valid Alaska drivers license and insurable under TRUE NORTH RECOVERY INCs automotive insurance, which requires a driver to be at least 18 years of .
• 
  Continued employment is contingent upon receipt of a satisfactory state and federal background check.
