Job Title: Maintenance Scheduler
Location: Stockport & Hybrid working available
Remuneration: £13 - £15 per hour
Contract Details: Part-Time - 3 Days a Week (Monday & Friday Required, Flexible 3rd Day)
Responsibilities:
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Administrator/Scheduler! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a knack for organisation and a passion for customer service. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Manage emails and respond to client inquiries promptly.
Handle inbound calls from clients, providing exceptional service.
Schedule appointments for maintenance staff in plumbing, electrical, and refurbishment services, both commercial and domestic.
Book jobs in with clients, ensuring all details are accurate and timely.
Work closely with the team to coordinate schedules and appointments.
Provide crucial support to our maintenance operations, enhancing our client experience.What We're Looking For:
Experience in property maintenance or within an estate agency is essential.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and organisation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A cheerful, professional demeanour that reflects our company values.What We Offer:
