What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the planning and execution of capital and repair projects, including budgeting, equipment selection, installation, and start-up
• Provide leadership for project prioritization and ensure timely completion to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Serve as a liaison for the maintenance department, assisting with annual planning, budget development, and contractor management

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or project management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including troubleshooting and working knowledge of systems like hydraulics and pneumatics
• Proficiency in project planning tools and maintenance software (such as AutoCAD or EAM), with the ability to manage competing priorities
