Maintenance Electrician

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionIMKO is looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a manufacturer located in Columbia, MO.Shift: Monday-Friday 6:45 am to 3:15 pmPay: $20-$26/hour DOE
Job Description:Assist in machine PM per machine manufacturer's recommendations. Perform and document service work and maintenancework on all secondary (auxiliary) equipment. Perform plant and equipment electrical wiring as needed. Perform all generalplant maintenance. Perform any welding, drilling, and milling as needed.
Responsibilities:

• Installation of electrical equipment
• Performing routine maintenance checks and general repairs to ensure systems are functioning properly
• Diagnosing and fixing problems with electrical issues, such as breakdowns and malfunctions
• Regularly inspecting electrical systems and components for damage
• Carrying out tasks to prevent future issues
• Replacing electrical appliances, repairing heavy equipment, and reading blueprints and schematic drawings
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Experience in plastic injection molding
• 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance/electrical
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug test (Employer does NOT allow THC)
