We are looking for someone who is committed to providing safe, clean, and affordable housing while treating with dignity and respect. We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our properties are well maintained and receive excellent service who can:

- Complete work orders in a timely, professional manner
- Perform preventative maintenance (filters, caulking, painting, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
- Ensure property grounds are clean, safe, and presentable
- Assist with inspections and vendor coordination
General maintenance skills and mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies
- Experience in apartment/community maintenance
