We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fixing things, working with their hands, learning new skills, and helping keep a manufacturing facility running smoothly.

This person does not need to be fully experienced in maintenance, but they should have a good mechanical mindset, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn from experienced team members.

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Apprentice, you will help with a variety of facility and equipment maintenance tasks, including:

• Assisting with general building maintenance and repairs
• Painting, patching, cleaning, and facility improvement projects
• Helping with machine preventative maintenance
• Assisting maintenance and production staff with basic repairs
• Keeping work areas, tools, and maintenance spaces organized
• Helping troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
• Performing routine checks and reporting maintenance concerns
• Supporting projects around the shop as needed
• Following all safety procedures and company guidelines

The right person will be reliable, teachable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

qualifications:

• Some mechanical, maintenance, construction, shop, or hands-on work experience
• Basic understanding of tools and how to use them safely
• Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
• Good attendance and dependability
• Willingness to learn machine maintenance and preventative maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and pride in doing quality work
• Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
