Maint Planning - Hydraulics, Vibration, Lubrication

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join the maintenance team with an industry leader in the cement manufacturing industry. The cement plant in Union Bridge, MD is looking for someone who is hardworking and dedicated to become part of our team. This position will be responsible for all aspects of on-site inspection, equipment lubrication, hydraulic systems, data gathering and data analysis as required by the Maintenance Planning Department. The following are some of the responsibilities: Execute daily field equipment inspections; these include mechanical, lubrication, vibration and hydraulic checks. Collect vibration data from critical equipment and download it into computer for analysis Collect, label, and send out oil samples for analysis Perform ultrasonic thickness measurements as required Perform temperature measurements and download them for analysis Monitor condition of equipment and collect additional vibration readings on select equipment Analyze data collected and develop recommendations. Issue work orders and expedite scheduling to assure preventive action takes place Monitor all equipment and update any changes made. Record data in Plant Equipment Data files for future use Work effectively with maintenance and production departments to meet overall plant production objectives Complete all assigned work in compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory requirements, including safety programs administered at a State or Local level where allowed by the Department of Labor. HERE IS WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Technical degree with 3 years of industrial plant maintenance, condition based monitoring and predictive maintenance technology experience preferred Sufficient knowledge in mechanical, lubrication, vibration, hydraulics, electrical and instrumentation fields to perform inspections and basic troubleshooting Capable of rapid knowledge growth through company sponsored and/or self education Possess analytical and methodical thinking skills Extensive knowledge of SAP system preferred Experience in Windows Office applications required Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills a must This position will be based in Union Bridge, MD.
