Machine Operator

Are you the kind of person who likes to see how things work, get your hands dirty, and take pride in a job well done? We are looking for a Machine Operator who is more than just a button-pusher. If you enjoy a variety of tasks—from precision assembly to grit-and-grime blasting—we want to talk to you.

Position –Machine Operator

Job Location –Berlin, WI

Starting Date –ASAP

Employment Term –Direct Hire

Employment Type –Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay –$18 to $19

Required Experience –At least 2 years of experience

This isn’t a "sit-at-a-desk" kind of job. You’ll be at the heart of the production process, ensuring parts are prepped, machined, and built to perfection. We need someone with a mechanical mind who is comfortable switching gears throughout the day.

Your daily toolkit will include:

• Machine Operation: Running production equipment efficiently.
• Surface Prep: Sanding and blasting parts to meet quality standards.
• Assembly & Disassembly: Taking complex components apart and putting them back together with precision.
• Hand Tools: Expertly using a wide variety of manual and power tools.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of past machine operator experience

- Excellent mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

- The ability to work well independently
