The Construction Superintendent oversees and coordinates all construction activities by EPC/EPIC contractor(s) related to the fabrication, assembly, integration, and installation of living quarter structures and modules on offshore oil and gas facilities. This includes structural works, piping, mechanical equipment, HVAC, E&I installations, telecoms and coordination with subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, tasked for.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• To manage the overall pre-fabrication / Fabrication and construction onshore of Structures.
• Efficiency of construction work execution.
• Technical quality of project constructability review.
• Construction planning and monitoring (schedule, costs and compliance of work to project specification).
• Constructability Review and contractors construction plan review.
• Identification and adoption of the correct HSEQ standards according to COMPANY standards and local norms and legislation.
• Contractors management including construction work troubleshooting.
• Managing construction site supervisors.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
• Work experience of 8+ years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
