Logistics Operations Executive
Responsibilities:Handle operations for customers. Providing support to customers regarding order status, delivery inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner. Assisting with ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as safety regulations, import/export requirements, and environmental regulations. Processing incoming orders, coordinating with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery, and resolving any order discrepancies. Daily reports to customers. Assist the direct manager in his/her responsibilities. Assist the invoicing team when needed. Inventory Management, Warehouse Organization, Communication, Continuous Improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in related field. 3-5 Years experience in the field of logistics/operations/customs clearance. Very Good command of the English language (well spoken & written). Very Good command of Microsoft office tools.
