As a Logistics & Purchasing Assistant at BCFoods, you’ll help manage product orders, shipments, and vendor communication while gaining real-world experience in supply chain and purchasing operations.

What You’ll Do

• Enter and update purchase orders and inventory data
• Track incoming shipments and follow-up on delivery schedules
• Communicate with warehouses, freight carriers, and vendors
• Prepare shipping and customs documents (BOLs, packing lists, etc.)
• Compare vendor quotes and pricing under guidance
• Assist with freight quotes and carrier scheduling
• Monitor exceptions (delays, shortages, damages) and report issues
• Build and maintain Excel tracking sheets and status reports
