ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionOverviewWhat's the role? Our team is developing an anonymization solution which is a set of algorithms and procedures for performing use case-specific anonymization of location data.This is useful to:anonymize the customer data so it'll be safe for individuals if their data will be shared anonymized data are still useable for the desired use caseAs a Data Automation Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on this amazing product. Within the self-organized team, you’ll have fun working on systems under a huge load. You will help running our solution on production against customer data.We care about software design and take the time to write quality software. We practice code reviews to learn from each other and to ensure our self-imposed bar for quality is constantly met.Your role encompasses defining and working on features and technical tasks in a self-directed fashion, supporting your colleagues with technical challenges, working with product management to analyze requirements, talking to stakeholders, designing, implementing, and documenting solutions as well as testing and reviewing your colleagues' work.What you will do?Build scalable, reliable, operable, and performant big data processing pipelinesDrive efficiency and reliability improvements through design and automation: performance, scaling, observability, and monitoringSupport your fellow teammates, review the team's technical design, code, and documentationSupport with pre-processing of large datasets in the cloud environmentPull-through research functionality into the data processing pipelines(lead and above) provide coaching and technical guidance for less experienced team members Who are you?
