  • Maintain compliance with ISO and QHSE standards.
  • Evaluate new customer requirements and support method development.
  • Promote a culture of safety, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage incident reporting, toolbox talks, and safety tours.

Must-Haves:

  • Degree or HNC in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Proven experience leading large laboratory or technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of QHSE systems, ISO standards, and lab processes.

  • Proficiency in laboratory and business IT systems.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in chemical or process industry laboratories.
  • Exposure to method development and client-facing project support.

What’s in it for you? You’ll join a respected organisation that values its people, encourages professional growth, and rewards innovation. Expect a collaborative culture, opportunities to develop your leadership skills, and the chance to shape how the lab operates today, and tomorrow.
