Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analytical Laboratory Technician to support the development of medical devices and combination products. This is a hands-on role within a regulated laboratory environment, ideal for someone with a strong foundation in chemistry and a passion for precision.


About the Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting analytical testing, documentation, and lab operations. From preparing solutions and executing chromatographic analyses to maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with GxP and ALCOA++ standards, your work will directly contribute to product development and process improvement. You’ll also support inhalation product development and assist with root cause investigations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and document analytical tests and experiments according to written protocols.
  • Prepare laboratory solutions and manage daily lab setup for testing.
  • Maintain accurate records, sample storage, and notebook archiving.
  • Ensure consistent supply of lab consumables and liaise with approved suppliers.
  • Support equipment cleaning, calibration, and qualification.
  • Collaborate on SOPs, templates, and lab instructions.
  • Uphold high standards of housekeeping and waste disposal.


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum A-level chemistry or equivalent; BSc in a Life Science subject desirable.
  • Experience with general lab equipment including pipettes, filters, and glassware.
  • Familiarity with ALCOA++ principles and good documentation practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
