Key Account Manager - Singapore
Summary
Airswift is seeking a Key Account Manager for a Industrial Components Manufacturing MNC to manage small – medium size Accounts in Singapore, as well as driving business revenue for the eCommerce platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serving as the primary contact for the accounts and addressing any inquiries and needs promptly.
- Conducting regular meetings with clients to gather requirements and feedback, as well as upselling/cross-selling any potential new products to suit their business needs.
- Oversee the delivery of products/services to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics of accounts for report to the business stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience in Account Management/Sales with industry knowledge on Mechanical component/Fastener industry.
- Experience in driving eCommerce Sales Revenue
- Proven track record in a client-facing role and working independently having strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and achieving KPIs.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a client-focused approach.
