Home-Based with UK Travel | 1–2 Office Days per Month | Flexible Location\n\n A UK-based company within the marina and holiday park infrastructure sector is seeking a Junior Project Manager with an electrical background. This role is ideal for an electrician who’s ready to step into project coordination and delivery while receiving structured development into a full Project Manager role.\n\n The company delivers a wide range of electrical and M&E upgrades, installations, and improvement projects across sites nationwide. The position offers a blend of home working, site visits, and occasional office time, making location flexible for the right candidate.\n\n Key Responsibilities\nAssist in planning, coordinating, and delivering electrical and M&E projects from initial design through to completion.\n\nProduce and update 2D/3D CAD drawings to support design, tendering, and installation teams.\n\nWork collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.\n\nSupport development of project documentation including RAMS, schedules, reports, and handover information.\n\nAssist with procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.\n\nMonitor site progress, track variations, and support project cost control.\n\nEnsure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld throughout project delivery.\n\nAttend client meetings, site surveys, and project briefings across the UK.\n\nSkills & Experience Required\nElectrical engineering background with 18th Edition qualification or equivalent experience.\n\nExperience within an M&E or building services environment ().\n\nProficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD.\n\nStrong organisational and communication skills.\n\nAbility to interpret technical drawings and specifications.\n\nBasic knowledge of project management principles.\n\nProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress.\n\nFull UK Driving Licence (essential for site travel).\n\nWhat’s on Offer\nClear progression into Project Manager and Senior Project Manager positions.\n\nOngoing training in M&E systems and project management.\n\nSupportive environment with exposure to varied, high-profile projects across the UK.\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\n\nFlexible working arrangement with home-based setup and occasional office attendance.\n\nMarine Resources Recruitment Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent and fixed term contract recruitment and as a recruitment business for the supply of contract workers.
