Position Overview:
The Junior Project Manager will assist with planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and eager to develop hands-on project leadership experience while supporting senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor activities
• Maintain updated project documentation and status reports
• Conduct onsite visits and quality checks
• Track and communicate project milestones
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Provide administrative support to senior project managers
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field ()
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital project tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Valid driver’s license (required); reliable transportation to project sites
