Miryco Consultants are working with a globally leading specialist Multi-Asset Investment Manager who are looking for an experienced Investment Operations professional to lead and manage their high-performing team of operations professionals.

This is an ideal opportunity for a high-performing Operations Manager keen to step up into more responsibility in a high-calibre environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily activities of the Investment Operations team, promoting a positive culture and aiding in career progression and evaluations.
• Monitor post-trade activities, asset services and daily outsourced reconciliation. Collaborate with trade and implementation units for a smooth trade process with the highest standard of operational risk and control.
• Oversee and manage the firm's Corporate Action processes and Cash Management.

Required Experience & Skillset:

• 6 -12 years in Investment Operations within an Investment Management setting.
• Evidenced experience in managing teams.
• Multi-asset experience.
• High degree of Operational Risk understanding.
• Clear and effective communication, exceptional team player with strong leadership skills.
• High-quality undergraduate degree and/or IOC certification.

Location: London, Victoria (Hybrid)

Salary: £70,000 - £100,000
