Farmers Insurance District 50-05 is proud to serve Mobile County and surrounding areas with trusted insurance solutions. As part of our growing team, you’ll join a hybrid role where most work can be done from home or your community, with occasional visits to our Mobile district office for training, mentorship, and development. With over 95 years of leadership and the award-winning University of Farmers® training program, we provide the tools and support you need to launch a successful career in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Saraland-area families, individuals, and businesses.
• Learn to sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
• Participate in district-led training and mentorship at the Mobile office.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and local outreach.
• Deliver excellent customer service and policy support.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain Alabama Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses (sponsorship provided).
• Sales, customer service, or business experience .
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to grow.
