We're growing and looking for a hands-on, organized, and reliable Installation Coordinator / Production Assistant to join our team. If you're someone who thrives in both the field and shop, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in running things smoothly, this hybrid role could be a perfect fit.
What You'll Do
Installation Coordinator
- Develop and manage daily and weekly schedules for installation crews
- Call clients to confirm installation appointments, coordinate access, and communicate timelines
- Dispatch and coordinate field crews to ensure on-time and efficient project execution
- Communicate with installers throughout the day to handle jobsite issues, delays, or material needs
- Ensure crews are equipped with the right tools, materials, and instructions
- Monitor field progress and provide updates to internal teams and clients
- Maintain positive client relationships and address concerns professionally
- Track installer hours, completion forms, and job documentation
- Promote and monitor jobsite safety and compliance
Production Support
- Assist the Production Manager with daily workflow, materials readiness, and team coordination
- Help manage off-site inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and availability
- Assist with material check-ins, verifying shipments and matching POs
- Coordinate routine fleet and forklift maintenance
- Help maintain facility cleanliness and basic repairs, including coordinating with vendors
- Support purchasing of shop supplies and specialty materials
- Assist with inventory management and restocking efforts
- Support implementation of the company's safety program and documentation
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in installation scheduling, production, or field coordination
- Background in construction, field service, or manufacturing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills-comfortable talking with both clients and crews
- Experience managing or dispatching field teams is a major plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in both a warehouse and jobsite setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with scheduling or inventory software is a bonus
- Forklift driving experience is a plus (certification )
- Valid driver's license required
