Role Definition

Role summary

Under the responsibility of the assigned manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Develop documentation to present the Scope of Work for the inspection campaign.

• Prepare a dedicated planning with associated costs, and ensure follow-up of the campaign.

• Provide support for the mobilization of vendors in preparation for the inspection campaign.

• Assist with invoicing processes.

• Support the development and consolidation of inspection planning.

• Ensure follow-up and coordination with the RBI Subcontractor.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of English (mandatory).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).

• Knowledge of P&ID, PFD, and inspection methods.

• Understanding of RBI methodology.

• Experience in operations and/or Risk-Based Inspection (RBI).

• Strong communication skills, professional behavior, and organizational abilities.

• Undertake responsibility for production of deliverables, which may include inspection plans, cost estimates, vendor coordination, and progress reports.

• Ability to prioritize own workload, manage time accordingly and inform team members where constraints will affect a project in terms of programme or budget.

• Demonstrable ability to work within time/budget constraints.

• Ability in Vendor and 3rd Party interface.

• Ability in working in multicultural group.

Conditions

• Majority of the work is carried out in the regional main office site.

• Offshore / Off-site location during project Execution phase as required.

• Working hours according to local regulation and Company’s policy.
