The Internal Sales Manager will play a crucial role in maximizing the conversion of job quotes into orders. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth by implementing effective strategies and leveraging your expertise in sales, customer focus, and technology management.
Internal Sales Manager core responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategies to maximise the conversion of job quotes into orders, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.
· Collaborate closely with the Customer Care Director to align sales conversion efforts with customer-centric initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
· Utilise your exceptional sales skills and experience to motivate and guide the sales team, providing coaching and support to enhance their sales conversion capabilities.
· Lead the introduction and management of new technologies and tools that can streamline the sales conversion process, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
· Drive transformation and change initiatives within the sales department, utilizing your planning and management skills to navigate and implement strategic sales improvements.
· Analyse sales conversion data, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop actionable insights to enhance sales performance and conversion rates.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales conversion efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless integration.

· Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on driving conversion rates and achieving sales targets.
· Customer-focused mindset and the ability to work closely with the Customer Care Director to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
· Experience in managing the introduction and implementation of new technologies, tools, or systems within a sales environment.
· Proficiency in utilising data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimise sales strategies.
· Demonstrated experience in planning and managing transformational change initiatives within a sales function.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales conversion goals
