Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsible for establishing, optimizing, and documenting injection molding processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify new molds using scientific molding techniques and root cause analysis
• Develop, optimize, and document molding processes and setup sheets
• Troubleshoot molding issues and support mold preventive maintenance
• Train and support mold setup technicians to maintain production efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap, cycle time, and downtime

Qualifications

• Injection molding process experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical and process documentation
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
