We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing maintenance and repairs on various industrial equipment. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including motors, pumps, and overhead cranes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance .
• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
