Direct Hire Opportunity: Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Green Bay, WI
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon-Thurs: 8:00am–4:30pm, Friday: 6:00am–2:30pm)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to keep production equipment operating at peak performance.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.

• Repair or replace defective parts using high-quality tools and equipment.

• Collaborate with your team to support smooth and efficient operations.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and inventory.

• Learn and apply the latest industry technology and best practices.

• Promote a safe and secure work environment for yourself and your team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–4 years of industrial maintenance experience.

• Associate degree in maintenance, engineering, or a related field .

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physically demanding tasks.

• Experience with metal fabrication is a plus.

• Self-starter mindset with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
