Join a growing operation in St Louis Park, MN where your troubleshooting skills keep production moving and your ideas make a visible impact.
- Compensation: $30.00–$40.00 per hour (paid weekly)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 am–12:30 pm
A day in the life
Your morning starts early on the production floor. You’ll survey the line, review overnight logs, and prioritize work orders. A PLC fault might need reprogramming, a pneumatic actuator may need attention, and a predictive maintenance check could prevent a costly downtime event later in the day. Between tasks, you coordinate with Production and Management, place parts orders, and keep SOPs and JSAs current and accurate.
What you’ll do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment across the facility
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime
- Create, update, and follow SOPs and JSAs
- Program and adjust PLCs
- Document work in daily maintenance and repair logs
- Communicate status and solutions with Production Associates and Management
- Secure, organize, and account for tools
- Keep work areas clean and orderly; follow all safety procedures
- Provide training when requested
- Order tools and inventory parts for machinery
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you bring
- Background in one or more: electrical, mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, welding, piping systems, or PLC programming
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Solid basic math and reading/writing skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training
- Manual dexterity to operate machinery and computers
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Regular, consistent attendance for scheduled shifts

- Typical manufacturing setting
- Frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds
- Use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, and work boots
