Join a collaborative crew that builds and supports complex mechanical systems across industrial jobsites. As an Industrial HVAC/R Installation Technician, you’ll bring thermal control to life—from first layout to final commissioning—while growing your craft in a supportive, team-first environment.

A day in the life

You arrive on-site ready to translate plans into precision. You review blueprints with the project manager, stage materials, and install HVAC/R equipment and ductwork. Throughout the day, you verify performance, troubleshoot issues, and document your work so the system runs safely and efficiently. You coordinate with teammates, keep customers informed, and wrap with a quality check and tidy site.

Your impact

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems for a range of industrial applications.
• Inspect systems, diagnose faults, and restore optimal performance through effective troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and field teams to meet schedules and milestones.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards on every task and jobsite.
• Deliver clear, professional communication to clients on operation and maintenance.
• Stay current with emerging HVAC technologies and proven best practices.

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of industrial construction methods and sequencing.
• Working knowledge of HVAC/R components and system assemblies.
• Ability to read, interpret, and build from blueprints and technical drawings.
• Sharp troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.
• Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses .
