Job DescriptionJob Description

Our client, a stable and family-oriented company, is hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to service apartment and high-rise boiler systems across Northeast Ohio. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, values reliability, and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people.

Responsibilities:

• Rebuild and replace pumps as needed.
• Service hydronic and steam boilers and related equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and boiler systems in apartment communities.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with heating and cooling systems.
• Provide dependable, timely service across multiple apartment communities (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided)

Qualifications:

• Strong reliability and punctuality.
• Physically able to lift/move 50 lbs. regularly.
• Current HVAC certification (CFC required)
• Experience servicing Johnson HVAC systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites.
• Ability to rebuild/replace pumps and service hydronic and steam boilers.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC and boiler experience in residential or apartment settings.
