Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for an HVAC Technician And Installer (Residential) to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance 
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields (minimum 3 years)
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver's license
• Pass full background check
• Comfortable with heights

Company DescriptionWe are a small HVAC company in the north metro; we work on residential properties. As a small company we all wear many hats, our service and installations work together. If there's no service that day, you'd be out on the installation truck and vice versa. Being self-motivated is essential and able to work on your own and complete jobs in the time allowed is required. Required to be able to communicate with customer and have high customer service skills.

We offer additional pay for any new hires that have Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington or St. Louis Park Comp cards.
