HVAC Service Technician

What Can We Do For You?

• $22–$30 per hour base pay with significant performance-based earning potential – our top technicians make up to $100 per hour!

• Performance bonuses are included in total compensation and structured to maximize your earnings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions in residential and/or commercial settings.

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.

• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients.

• Clearly explain technical issues and solutions to customers in a professional and approachable manner.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in HVAC service and installation.

• EPA certification (required).

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Proven technical expertise and knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting procedures.

• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Possess the physical stamina and comfort to work in various weather conditions and navigate confined spaces.
