The ideal candidate will be hard working and willing to learn. This role requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while representing our company in the field.Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
• Install replacement parts and equipment as needed.
• Provide customers with recommendations for system improvements, upgrades, or replacements.
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and system conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and industry regulations.
• Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment in clean, safe working order.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and respectful service to all customers.

Qualifications:

• HVAC service experience (apprenticeship or equivalent training may be considered).
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal ).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varied environments (heights, confined spaces, outdoor conditions).
