Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual with basic electrical knowledge and experience working on heating and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform basic electrical diagnostics.
• Replace or repair defective components such as compressors, motors, and control systems.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers and supervisors.
• Safely handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations.
• Assist in routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting ductwork.

Requirements:

• EPA Certification required.
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read wiring diagrams.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work long hours and adapt to varying weather conditions (heat and cold).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and willingness to learn.
• Experience working on HVAC systems (training may be provided for the right candidate).
