Experienced HVAC Installer

Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning is a family-owned company that has been servicing the greater Orlando area for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on developing and maintaining a great company culture that cultivates growth and longevity in our employees. Our company is based on fostering integrity, honesty, and reliability in everything we do. We have an immediate opening for an Experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. We are looking for a self-starter who is driven and willing to step up to the plate.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00/hr. depending on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with the occasional OT as needed

Position Summary: To install residential and light commercial air conditioning systems to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience installing air conditioning units.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems.
• Exceptional knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
• General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems.
• Ability to test and balance systems.
• Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial.
• EPA Certification.
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customers as well as the company.
• Willingness to invest in tools used in the HVAC trade.
• Ability to retain knowledge & skills in the field.
• Commitment to developing & using customer service skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working on communicating/ inverter systems is a plus
