Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire HVAC Installation Technicians for full time work for Multifamily Projects around the Kansas City Metro. The pay range of a for this position is $25-$35 per hour based on experience.

Ultimate HVAC Installation Technicians Responsibilities

• Working on both commercial and multi-family installs
• General knowledge of controls
• Ability to read and interpret prints and plans
• General layout and build sheet metal and ductwork

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems

• Ensure condensation drain line is clear and working properly

• Install HVAC systems based on blueprints and/or user’s requirements
• Wiring thermostats
• Executing a variety of service work orders, which may include significant complexity and requires HVAC expertise/certification and/or mastery level expertise in one or more disciplines.
• Flat rate protocol and presentation
• HVAC repair or installation projects requiring EPA certification

Ultimate HVAC Installation Technicians Requirements

• 18+ Years of

• EPA Certification

• Valid driver's license

• 2+ years Commercial HVAC experience

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds if necessary

• Ability to use proper hand tools

• Maintain a professional attitude

• Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

• Quality Craftsmanship

• Arrive on time with a great attitude everyday
