Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of HVAC, duct installation, sheet metal, or related construction experience
✅ Experience with duct installation and duct demolition
✅ Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and systems
✅ Ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment and components
✅ Valid Texas Driver's License required

Must Have:

✔ Steel-Toe Boots
✔ Hard Hat
✔ Safety Glasses
✔ Work Gloves
✔ Basic PPE required for construction job sites

Job Duties:

Install, inspect, and test HVAC systems according to specifications and manufacturer guidelines
Install and remove ductwork in commercial and construction environments
Ensure systems comply with safety, environmental, and energy-efficiency standards
Perform preventive maintenance, including filter replacement, lubrication, and system checks
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment as needed
Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, and other trades on job sites
Maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance, and repair work
Provide recommendations regarding system upgrades and energy-saving solutions
