What Youll Do

As our Install Manager, youll lead, train, and inspire a top-tier installation team to deliver high-quality work and exceptional customer experiences every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the tone: bring energy and positivity that fuels your team.
• Coach and mentor 8+ technicians to perform at their best.
• Lead in-field training and hold the team to high standards.
• Partner with the Install Coordinator to align strengths to jobs
• Partner with technical manager, training coach, and service managers to advance skillsets
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Desired Skills and Experience

• HVAC Journeyman license (required)
• Proven leadership or coaching experience with a team
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with team members and customers
• A passion for training, developing others, and driving team performance
