Bluffton, SC | Full-Time | Serving the Lowcountry Since 1971Are you an organized, fast-thinking problem solver who thrives in a busy environment? Are you a team player and a result driven person? Howell Chase Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate daily schedules, support our service technicians, and help deliver the exceptional customer experience we’re known for across the Lowcountry. We are looking to hire a quality individual that is interested in long-term oppurtunity and who is eager to learn and improve their skills.What You’ll Do

• Schedule, dispatch, and route HVAC service calls to technicians based on skillset, location, and priority.
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians to ensure timely updates and accurate information.
• Create, receive and issue dispatch tickets for service requests & approved repairs/recommendations.
• Order parts and file warranty claims as needed for completed jobs.
• Maintain clear documentation and notes within ServiceTitan (or other dispatch software)
• Collaborate closely with the Office Manager, Service Manager, and CSR team, to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve customers inquiries, concerns or issues as needed.
• Ensure a quality customer service experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in HVAC dispatching, service coordination, or customer service ().
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication—both with customers and technicians.
• A sense of urgency, accuracy, and accountability in every interaction.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan, Microsoft Office, or similar software a plus. Training to be provided to the right candidate.
• Self-motivated individual who shows strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
