Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs and provide custom comfort solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct in-home consultations, educate clients on product options, and close sales.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided sources.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain financing options.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and best practices.
• Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications:


Experience in HVAC sales or a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build trust and educate homeowners on HVAC solutions
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with commission-based earnings
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
