We have partnered with a leading industrial manufacturer to identify a Human Resources Manager to lead their multiple business units.  The HR Manager will direct the development and implementation of policy in areas such as:  work-place culture, employment & new hire, compensation, training, safety and benefits. The role calls for someone who is a collaborative communicator who is equally passionate about people, process and business initiatives.

• Bachelors Degree:  Human Resource Management; Business Management
• 10+ years leading Human Resources in a Manufacturing environment
• Union Experience is a plus
