The HR Manager will direct the development and implementation of policy in areas such as: work-place culture, employment & new hire, compensation, training, safety and benefits. The role calls for someone who is a collaborative communicator who is equally passionate about people, process and business initiatives.
- Bachelors Degree: Human Resource Management; Business Management
- 10+ years leading Human Resources in a Manufacturing environment
- Union Experience is a plus
