This role will bring fresh thinking to the team, support the development behind strategies, & stay focused on supporting the team & delivering meaningful results.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize consulting process to help team identify associate performance needs/gaps & recommend solutions to address business issuesEnsures managers have resources to execute appropriate HR practices, processes, tools, & systemsEstablish trust/provide guidance as needed to business leaders regarding their behaviors, skills, competencies, including individual & team development, business-decision-making, problem-solving, & general leadership practicesProvide support on day-to-day HR initiatives to ensure HR is positioned to execute with excellenceProactively learn & answer basic HR transactional questions – forms to use, people to contact, & ways to increase efficiency for our businessAssist in the identification, development & execution of tools to help leaders manage & develop their own people (e.g. individual development plans, performance management, corrective counseling, succession & talent management, & pay-for-performance)Support accountability for employee engagement for the business, including development & execution of action plansAssist with developing or deploying change to facilitate transition to future stateEffectively prepare leaders to execute change within their departments (e.g., acquisitions, restructuring, etc.)Support/Partner as appropriate to ensure opportunities are addressed systemically & consistently, with a focus on creating a culture of continuous improvementBuild/Foster collaborative relationships with all team members & leadership to stay informed & abreast of new initiatives & business processesSupport development/execution of all system & program rollouts BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s business administration/HR management/Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years’ progressive HR experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing or related environmentStrong knowledge of HR policies/processes/programsSense of urgency & drive for resultsCritical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skillsDemonstrated success executing change initiativesProven ability to work across multiple functions within a matrix environmentResponsive, with strong interpersonal/relationship-building skillsStrong collaboration/teamwork; reinforces one voice of HRDemonstrated ability to treat confidential matters with appropriate discretionExcellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational/time management skillsAbility to maintain an enthusiastic attitude & low stress levelTeam player with sense of urgencyComfortable conversing with all levels of management (executive to store level)Proficiency with Microsoft Office PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS HR Generalist experience including Associate Relations, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and RecruitingPay Range: 92,467.10 - 121,767.06 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
