An opportunity as HR Business Partner to join an organisation at a time of significant change.

Birmingham base, with weekly travel to Midlands based sites. 1 day from home.

£60-62k + CA + Benefits.

Joining at a time of both business change and changes within the HR delivery to a Business Partnering approach, as an experienced HR Business Partner you will want to be part of this journey to educate stakeholders around the benefits of moving to a HR Business Partnering structure. As HR Business Partner you will partner with Senior stakeholders within Operations and will advice and guide around talent management, succession planning, engagement, and organisational design within a unionised environment.

As an experienced HR Business Partner you will have worked within multi-sited, unionised environments. You will be up for the journey of raising a HR Business Partnering approach across the organisation.
