Job Summary:

The HR Onboarding Specialist is responsible for providing the best quality service for coordinating caregiver recruiting and communicating with the caregivers while adhering to Royal Care’s policies and procedures.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

*Responsibilities may include additional tasks according to the needs of the department and the organization*

  • Greet and welcome all visitors and create a positive first impression of the company.
  • Consistently deliver a remarkable customer service experience by acting as the front line of communication in person, via phone, and email.
  • Proactively work with HHA qualified candidates through various recruiting outlets such as Indeed, Salesforce, etc. to meet the daily HHA recruitment quota.
  • Collect and maintain all required documentation.
  • Schedule Orientation classes accordingly.
  • Join Recruitment Strategies to enhance the recruitment process i.e., working together with the Recruitment Team for creative flyer distribution, holding community events, reward programs.
  • Maintain a centralized tracking system to track the progress of each applicant’s onboarding status.
  • Develop strong, long-standing relationships with caregivers, HHA Training schools, and community members and facilitate recruitment events.
  • Conduct Orientation classes along with a Registered Nurse to train Home Health Aides.
  • Undertake recruiting project tasks as required; keep the teams updated on recruitment results.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Knowledge of HHA eXchange is highly preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when handling issues.

Must be bilingual in Mandarin and Cantonese.
