Job Description
Job title: Regional HR Advisor
Location: Birmingham - Hybrid working with travel around the Midlands
Salary: £38,000 - £41,000 plus discretionary bonus
Gleeson Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a national business to find an experienced HR Advisor for their Birmingham region.
You will work hybrid with the need to travel to multiple sites across the Midlands.
Key responsibilities include:
- advising line managers and stakeholders, regionally
- supporting the wider HR team
- providing support and guidance on UK employment law
- managing an ER caseload
- project work on policy and processes
- taking minutes and supporting on meetings
- general administrative duties

The successful candidate will have:
- CIPD level 3 or working towards
- proven experience of managing ER caseloads
- experience of working in education or a regulated industry
- strong UK employment law knowledge
- strong communication skills
- the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
- confidence and drive
- valid UK driving license
