Human Resources & Administrative Supervisor
Responsibilities Provide full support to the Department in handling routine HR functions, including compensation and benefits, performance review, leave management Handle recruitment & selection and staff on/ off boarding procedures Support general office administration work, including repair and maintenance, renovation, license renewal, procurement of office equipment and supplies, fixed asset management, insurance, telecommunication, liaise with service vendors to ensure overall company efficiency and cost effectiveness Handle travel arrangement for staff’s business trip Process reimbursement documents for HK and regional offices Support staff activities and company functions Coordinate with external service vendors for IT supports to the Company Prepare and update HR related reports on a regular basis Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Requirements DSE / Form 5 or above At least 5 years relevant working experience Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance and other related employment ordinances Good command in both spoken and written Chinses and English Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing Strong interpersonal and communication skills Independent, self-motivated, detail-minded and a quick learner Candidate with less experience will be considered for Senior HR & Admin Officer Immediate availability is preferred
