Human Resources & Administrative Manager (Toys)

ResponsibilitiesAssist the company to create the HR function, manage and handle full spectrum of HR support and office administration Maintain the HR system and personnel records in a professional manner Develop and oversee the implementation of policies and procedure to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness Ensure our HR & Administration processes and policies are compliant to HKSAR law requirement Provide office administration services and other daily operations support Handle ad hoc tasks when necessary Requirement Form 5 or above Minimum 5 years of HR experience in managerial level Can work independent with strong can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented team player with positive work attitude Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Good communication, presentation, and people management skills Well - versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
