The Concrete Tower Business Unit\nspecializes in the design, production, and\ninstallation of concrete towers for wind turbines.\n

Your focus as an HSE Specialist (m/f/d) in wind\nfarms:
You implement\nthe measures defined in the company’s Health and Safety Plan and\nensure their effectiveness during construction and installation.\nYou also organize HSE inspections related to occupational safety\nand environmental topics (e.g. waste, emissions, chemicals,\nresource consumption) and actively participate in improvement\nprojects within the Concrete Tower\norganization.

YOUR TASKS

\n
• Coordinate and monitor HSE measures during the\ninstallation of hybrid towers
• Review and verify HSE documentation from\nsubcontractors (RAMS analysis, HSE plan review, training matrix\nevaluation, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements\non site
• Conduct HSE inspections on construction sites and\nwith subcontractors to ensure safety
• Ensure that construction and installation activities\nfollow HSE guidelines and influence\nadherence
• Perform quality control and apply safety standards\ndirectly on site
• Support the identification and resolution of\nsafety-related issues (e.g. anomalies or deficiencies in\noccupational health and safety)

YOUR PROFILE

• Certified qualification in occupational health and\nsafety
• At least 2 years of experience in construction and\nknowledge of machinery inspection
• Proficient in HSE-specific\nsoftware
• Understanding of construction processes (materials,\nsystems, and workflows)
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and\napplication of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001\nstandards
• Very good English skills; German is a\nplus

Willingness to\ntravel:
You are ready\nto travel and work flexibly on-site according to project\nrequirements.
