We’re searching for a Client Ambassador Strategist—someone with hospitality, hotel, or service-industry experience who understands how to lead warm, inclusive, and efficient front-desk teams. This is a key leadership role on our Learning & Development team, dedicated to transforming the client experience across Veterinary United clinics.

What You’ll Do

As the Client Ambassador Strategist, you’ll guide and support our front-desk (Client Ambassador) teams to ensure a consistently high-quality, human-first client experience. You will:

  • Build training plans and onboarding systems for Client Ambassadors (CAs)

  • Conduct site visits to provide real-time coaching and support

  • Partner with CA Leads and clinic leadership to enhance team communication

  • Improve systems and processes that strengthen the client journey

  • Serve as a liaison between front-desk teams and our home office

  • Lead initiatives to support client interaction, communication, and professional development

  • Use tools like Basecamp to stay connected across multiple teams and locations

Who You Are

You’re someone who thrives in fast-paced, people-first environments and believes every client deserves a warm, thoughtful experience. You enjoy training, coaching, and developing others—and you're passionate about making a difference.

Ideal candidates have:

  • Hospitality or hotel background (strongly )

  • Experience leading or coaching front-desk or client service teams

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Veterinary or clinical experience (a plus, but not required)

  • A growth mindset and passion for culture, community, and teamwork

  • A drive to help veterinary medicine evolve into a more people- and patient-focused field
